The Cheese That We Currently  Have Available :




"The Gabrielson Lake":
A very dense, buttery paste made from the milk of our Scottish Highlander/Angus/ Jersey crosses, the "LoveTree Ladies".  The Gabrielson Lake sings out with the light fruity, and floral notes ending in a rich nutty and  buttery finish.


"The Big Holmes":
( in goat) a young soft herbal goat cheese This week's Big Holmes is fun and fresh, just a week old, very herbal and buttery!


"The Gin Berry Holmes":
(in goat) The same as Big Holmes except top dressed in ground juniper berries mixed with fresh ground peppercorn..a light woodsy tang with a soft finish of nutty heat.
